Online School Information Session Sign-Up
TEAM Sugi invites our partner schools to host online information sessions for Japanese students who are interested in studying in the United States.
Please submit your preferred session date and start time in Japan Standard Time. After reviewing your request, TEAM Sugi will confirm the schedule and publish a student registration form on our website.
Each online school information session is usually about one hour.
TEAM Sugi staff will attend and can provide Japanese interpretation if needed.
There is no registration fee for TEAM Sugi partner schools.
Japanese students can join the session free of charge.
About TEAM Sugi Online School Information Sessions
These online sessions are designed to help Japanese students and families learn directly from TEAM Sugi partner schools before applying or making a final school decision.
For Japanese Students
- Students can learn about your school directly from school staff.
- Families can ask questions about admissions, housing, costs, and campus life.
- Sessions can help students feel more confident before applying.
For Partner Schools
- There is no registration fee for TEAM Sugi partner schools.
- Your school can introduce programs, student support, transfer options, athletics, and more.
- TEAM Sugi will help promote the session to Japanese students.
TEAM Sugi Support
- TEAM Sugi staff will attend the session.
- Japanese interpretation support is available if needed.
- After confirmation, TEAM Sugi will create and publish a student registration form.

Recommended Timing for Online Information Sessions
The following periods are especially effective for reaching Japanese students and families because students are more likely to have flexible schedules.
Around July 20 – August 31
Japanese students are usually on summer break, making this one of the best times to host a session.
Around December 20 – January 10
Winter break is a good opportunity to reach students and families considering future study abroad plans.
Flexible Attendance Period
Many Japanese high school seniors have more flexible schedules after their graduation requirements are completed.
Around March 15 – April 10
Spring break can be a good timing for students who are preparing for summer or fall applications.
April 29 – May 5
Golden Week is a national holiday period in Japan and can be effective for family participation.
After You Submit the Form
TEAM Sugi will review your request and prepare the student-facing registration process after the session schedule is confirmed.

Please submit your school name, contact information, preferred date, and preferred start time in JST.
TEAM Sugi Reviews the Schedule
We will check the requested date and time, session topic, Zoom information, and interpretation needs.
Student Registration Form Is Published
Once confirmed, TEAM Sugi will publish a student registration form on our website and begin promoting the session.

If you already have a Zoom link, please include it in the form. If not, TEAM Sugi can coordinate the meeting link after the schedule is confirmed.
Before submitting
- Please enter your preferred date in Japan Standard Time.
- Please choose a start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM JST.
- The final schedule will be confirmed by TEAM Sugi.
- Student registration will open after confirmation.
